Below you will find the information about, and link needed, to register for the ECNL Boys North Carolina Event in Matthews, NC, May 10th-12th.  This is a high-level event featuring some of the top clubs across the eastern half of the country.  As such, we will be utilizing high level officials from North Carolina and around the country to officiate the event.  Officials Management Group manages referees at all ECNL National Events including this event, so you may receive some emails related to this event in the future from OMG staff members.

This is a great opportunity for all referees in the state who are looking to upgrade to NC State Referee (7A) or Regional Referee in the near future as we will have many top-level referee coaches and mentors at this event to provide excellent feedback and help you grow as a referee.  For anyone interested in traveling to other ECNL/MLS Next Events around the country, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with Officials Management Group.

Due to the high level of competition, we will be selective in accepting referees for this event.  Hotel space is limited.

HOW TO SIGN UP TO REFEREE THIS EVENT
 
You MUST fill out the ECNL North Carolina Referee Sign Up Form -

Tournament Codes: Add the appropriate code to your Custom Fields in Arbiter (Field: Tournaments 11-4-5-23)

Hotel rooms are provided Thursday, Friday and Saturday Nights for Referees 18 years or older. Hotel space is limited.

Steps to sign up in Arbiter (you must eventually register via the link above as well):
1. In Arbitersports while acting as an Official, go to your personal profile.
2. On the left side of the screen, click Custom Fields.
Scroll down to the USSF-NC Section and look for the Tournaments section.
3. Locate the tournament date
It will resemble this:
Tournaments 11-5-6-23 (Which means November 5th-6th 2023)
4. Click the dropdown box next to the tournament date
5. Click the tournament code you would like
Typically, there will be multiple tournament codes in the dropdown box. Please be sure that you are selecting the correct tournament code.
The "H" (xxxx18H) at the end of each code stands for "Housing" or "Hotel".
Selecting a code with an "H" lets the assignor know that you are requesting housing for this tournament.
