Q: WHAT LOCATIONS, AREAS, LEVELS AND LEAGUES DOES CRO COVER?
A: Our home base is the Greater Charlotte Area and Cabarrus County, NC but we assign matches and work with Referees at all levels across North Carolina from Coast to Coast. If we don’t have matches you can work, we know someone who does!! Register and we will get you to where you need to be and who you need to be with!

A: CRO assigns matches from the Recreational levels all the way through to the Professional Level and everything in-between. CRO has a complete “Pathway to PRO” and through our match assignments, parter organizations and partnered assignors we are able to offer referees the most unique and complete refereeing experience an organization possibly can. You will be able to find a place within our organization no matter your interests or ability levels and we have the ability to provide unique opportunities to all those involved.
Q: What is Arbiter Sports & How to I get an account
A: CRO Uses ArbiterSports.com to send you game assignments based on the availability you put in to arbiter
A: You must complete the CRO Registration Form and will be provided with a link to register for the CRO ArbiterSports Group. Once you complete the registration form you will then go through the CRO ArbiterSports Registration, this will take you through the steps to create an account, set up your profile and then once you complete that, you will be able to log in and set up your work schedule.
Q: How do I set up my Arbiter Sports account?
A: Here is a very thorough walkthrough of what you need to do in order to set up your Arbiter Account - Arbiter Set Up & Instructions
Q: How do I sign up to work matches once I’m registered?
A: Ensure your blocks are in place in your Arbiter account’s “Blocks Page“ for each day / time of the week you are not available to work.
A: Check that you are marked “Ready to be Assigned” on the Dashboard Page. Without blocks set up you will not receive game assignments.

A: For local (Charlotte Area) game assignments you can also fill out the current week’s Assignments Request Forms to send us a notification you want to work and provide additional information that Arbiter may not be able to provide to us like age group preferences, siblings or friends you may need to referee with for transportation, etc.
Q: How do I get my Uniform?
A: Through the Registration form you provided your Sizes and paid for the uniform items needed. This has been logged with our staff and are packed weekly and Mailed / Delivered to the address provided in the registration form unless specifically arranged with a CRO Staff Person.
Q: How do I receive matches once I’m registered?
A: For local organizations fill out the current weeks Assignments Request Forms - Classic and Adult Amateur Level contact us and let us know you have finished the registration process
Q: Once I have received assignments what do I do?
A: You must accept the assignment with 24 hours of being notified that you have an assignment or it will automatically decline. This can be done from the schedule tab in Arbiter.
Q: How do I get paid for the matches I work?
A: Payment depends on each league.
