USL Academy

Below you will find the information from the USL Academy Website that relates to your Match Day Information. In addition to the information provided below you may also be contacted by league administrators. You must take the time to ensure that you are up to date on all league information and procedures specific to USL Academy.

Assignment Procedure - Unique to NCSRA

Assignments come through BOTH Arbiter and US Soccer Demosphere. You must confirm you have the assignments in Demosphere to receive payment and access to all important information listed below pertaining to your match.

Match Day Information and Documents

Arrival: 60 minutes before kick off 
Arrival Attire: Black Track Suit with Polo or Referee Socks pulled up and Referee Shorts with Polo. 

Match Report Information

The home team must submit a copy of the completed Official Score Sheet to the referees at the conclusion of the match. This is the official statistical sheet for the game, and includes the following required information:

- Teams - Scoring summary - Team lineups - Official statistics - Caution & Sendoff summary All sections must be completed and legible. At the game’s conclusion, the home team coach and visiting team coach must initial the score sheet while the referee must verify the cautions, send-offs, and goals / assists by also signing the score sheet. The referee will then submit to each League through MOD11.
