Thank you for accepting your matches with Charlotte FC, the Regions most Elite Soccer Club. You are working these matches because you are some of the top referees in your area and this is the TOP development league at this age group in the state. Below you will find the league and payment information. Thank you for your time, commitment, and your dedication to the sport and thank you for your attention to this new payroll process!
Rule Highlights
Know what age group the players on the field are prior to starting the match!!! At times the Age groups may switch fields or not always be immediately identifiable as players play from pool rosters. When Arriving to the field confirm where the age group you are assigned are playing.
All CFC Matches will follow the MLS Next standards for all games
Should the coaches approach the crew prior to the match to inform the crew that their is a different format being followed for NON LEAGUE matches
Home team will provide game balls
Single Referee Matches -
You DO call offside - You ARE responsible for all boundary / goal line decisions
(Coaches have been instructed that the benefit of the doubt to attacking play in regards to TIGHT decisions. Make your best judgment and be ready for impending decision, however if its TIGHT we play )
Match Day Information and Documents
Arrival Expectations:
Standing on the field 45 Min prior to kick - Check in with Security if Necessary
ALWAYS Check in with Coaches as early as possible on Arrival
Pre-Season / Exhibition Matches - Not Required to Check Player Cards or Rosters
Equipment should still be checked prior to the match
Arrival Attire: Black Track Suit or Black NCSRA, USSF, CRO or Athletic T-Shirt with Referee Socks pulled up and Referee Shorts

Arbiter match report REQUIRED - Must be filed in order to receive payment
