The Southern Soccer Boys Showcase presented by Herbalife, being held February 26-28, 2021. The level of competition at this tournament is 11U – 19U Boys – USYS| US Club| SAY |AYSO| USSSA.
You must registered and certified for 2021 to be assigned any USSF assignments including this tournament!

● Lunch at the fields each day
● Shaded referee rest areas at the fields
● Fruit and water at the fields each day
If you sign up for this tournament less than 7 days before the tournament begins, you must contact the responsible assignors directly to be sure that the tournament has not already been filled.
To register for this tournament, go to ArbiterSports and from your Main Page, click on Profile and then the Information link, and then from that page click on the Custom Fields link. When that page displays, scroll down until you see the field labeled for the dates on which this tournament is being played “Tournaments 2-2-3-19” and then click on the drop down box arrow and click on the appropriate code. Note that the program will only allow you to choose one of the displayed tournament codes. You cannot pick multiple codes. Click on the appropriate code from the list below in the field for the selected tournament weekend. Remember to save the record by clicking on the SAVE button before leaving the page.
Since the tournament fields are reused and renamed, it is possible your record may have a code from a previous tournament in it. Be sure to delete any old codes from the field when signing up for this tournament. Only the exact codes listed below, placed in the correct tournament field, will allow you to be assigned to this tournament.

Before signing out of ArbiterSports after signing up for this tournament, make sure that your ArbiterSports calendar is completely open for the days of the tournament unless you have limited availability. If you are not completely available you need to enter partial blocks on your calendar for those dates and times you are not available. Also, if this tournament is running during the regular season please have the courtesy to inform your local league assignor(s) that you have signed up for this tournament and will not be available for other game assignments on the weekend of this tournament.
After signing up if your plans change and you are no longer available for the tournament, you must take these two steps – both steps are required:
Go to Profile, Information, Custom Fields, Tournaments 2-26-28-21 and select the “blank” tournament code, and SAVE.
Send an email to both assignors notifying them of your change in plans.
You must perform both steps.
