Referee Checklist before each match
Arrive on the field 20-25 minutes before the match begins
Check the field marks and size are correct for the age group
The goals are safe and secured to the ground
All spectators are on the correct side and far enough away from the touchline to be safe, 6-8 feet away from the lines
All Coaches, players and equipment are far enough away from the touchline to be safe, 6-8 feet away from the lines
All the balls used for the match are inflated and ready to use
The referees have talked with the coaches and introduced themselves
All players have the correct equipment per Law 4. Shinguards, jerseys, socks, safe footwear
