Payment Set up

When you registered with CRO you set up your payment preference, either mailed check or direct deposit. We do DO NOT use Arbiter Pay. Your check or direct deposit will come from CRO payroll through Chase Bank.

If you ever need to update your preferred payment method, bank account or address you may do so here on our payments page.

Typically the 15th and the Last day of each Month

  • Slight deviations may occur throughout the year due to holidays or matches played at that time.  

  • We ask that you wait 30 days after a match to contact about missing payments to ensure time to payment process, mail and bank transfer time. We’re also only human and will do our best to process payments on the expected dates but at times we are a few days late.

  • If you are missing a payment contact us by email. DO NOT TEXT ABOUT PAYMENTS. Text messages are often lost and missed. EMAIL provides a professional method to ask about payments
